As a pioneer in the telecommunications industry, Graham Gordon has been at the leading edge of major technology implementation and transformation programs, and steered major sales and product solutions Globally.
Eager to use his breadth and depth of expertise on a mission he is deeply passionate about, Graham has now co-founded Gardian Technologies back here in Australia to bring a much-needed solution to the medical technologies space.
Amongst his previous technology achievements, Graham managed the Australia-wide deployment of CDMA mobile network, operations and retail systems; managed the build and launch of 163 content sites on the iMode mobile content platform; developed and executed the product strategy for 3G 2100 rollout across Australia; and launched the World’s first range of 3G 850 devices for Telstra.
Reaching international shores, Graham worked as a Chief Sales Officer in New York City for PCD Wireless, with a multi-billion dollar revenues profile across North and South America, Graham oversaw all sales activity and was accountable for $3.9 billion in product revenues. He also held roles as Senior Vice President of Solutions for Brightstar delivering solutions to 54 Countries, and took on the role of Head of Mobile for Telecom NZ.
Graham holds an executive MBA, Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Communications Electronics.

Linda is a strategic thinker, able to translate high level vision statements into tactical, operational and commercial outcomes.
Linda has held a number of advisory and senior executive roles and her career has spanned across a variety of industries, most notably in the music & entertainment, not-for profit, consulting, hospitality, food & beverage and IT&T sectors.
Prior to joining Gardian, Linda was the Marketing & Communications Director for Queensland Music Festival and founded the Southern Hemispheres largest outdoor snow music festival (Snowtunes.com.au).
Linda is a strong influencer with exceptional stakeholder management, strategy, leadership, commercial and marketing skills and earned her Bachelor of Business (Economics and Marketing) from the Deakin University of Melbourne, Australia.
Head of Clinical Services
Jane has 21yrs of nursing excellence in healthcare and is passionate about enhancing knowledge, skills, facilitating learning through evidence-based practices, and promoting health and wellbeing.
Jane has completed her post-graduate studies and Masters in Advanced Nursing Skills with a focus in Critical Care. Jane has worked with NSW and QLD Health, and her last position was with the Gold Coast University Hospital Intensive Care Unit.
Jane is currently studying for a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science through Deakin University. Jane loves spending time and making memories with her family, socialising, cooking, and entertaining friends.

Amy is an accomplished business advisory manager and highly experienced accountant with extensive experience both within Australian and International regions, overseeing operational and administrative functions in dynamic, global operating environments.
Her key strengths include delivering exceptional service and advice to large corporations, creating complex reports and identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Amy brings a wealth of experience to Gardian working as Group Finance Manager and Regional Finance Manager roles across a broad range or organisations including the Law Institute of Victoria, Pitcher Partners and InComm.
Amy is detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in her approach to the delivery of key business outcomes and strategy. She is results-focused, innovative and passionate about contributing to our organisational success.
Over 25 years IT experience in logistics, retail, e-commerce, operations and defense. Extensive commercial experience and success establishing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, management and staff and negotiating contracts for IT infrastructure and services as well as resolving non-performing contracts.
Project management successes include implementation of a critical middleware solution for a major e-commerce platform at Australia Post, management of all IT infrastructure for a national network of some 4500 post offices and implementation of a national electronic freight lodgement system at Qantas.
Software development projects include the development and implementation of systems to automate the domestic and international cargo operations at Qantas and implementation of a national accident compensation application at Queensland Treasury.

Dr. Kate Sellors is the Head of Emergency at the Prince of Wales Hospital, NSW. Dr. Sellors is a leading expert in the field of emergency medicine.
Prince of Wales Emergency Department is accredited for Emergency Medicine Training by the Australian College of Emergency Medicine (ACEM). The department manages illness presentations across the whole spectrum of diseases from the teenage to the Geriatric populace. As a referral centre, POWH receives patients from all over the state (e.g. the only public hyperbaric unit, one of two Acute Spinal units, Justice Health ward for NSW), country (including Lord Howe and Norfolk Islands) and internationally, as well as serving the local area.

Dr Lynn Van Der Wagen is a leading educator and author, and Head of Tourism & Events for Northern Syd Institute of Tafe. Dr Van Der Wagen played a key role in the team that trained the 100,000 strong workforce for the 2000 Olympic Games. Her enthusiasm for the mega event has evolved into roles with the Beijing Olympic Games, Shanghai Expo and London Olympic Games.

Mik is the Director of Programming & Presenter Services at HOTA, the Gold Coast’s home of live performances, cinema-watching, art, conversation and new-ideas. There’s a unique outdoor stage in the parklands for live events, and indoors the two theatres feature performances from the very best national and international artists and theatre companies.
Mik brings broad experience in strategy and delivery of major international events, entertainment, arts and cultural events, and most recently, worked as Head of Ceremonies and Arts & Culture for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
Social Affairs Manager
Community relations, stakeholder engagement and communications specialist with a background in media and vast experience in corporate, project and regional roles, mostly in the resources sector.

Artist, WAAX Frontwoman
Marie is the frontwoman and founder of WAAX band. An early reputation as ‘a live band to be reckoned with’ dictated their path as a punk-infused rock band with the “utterly terrifying” DeVita fronting – becoming not only one to watch, but also somewhat of a spokesperson for angsty youngsters with something to get off their chest. They relate to DeVita, her words, her songs, her restlessness and her realness.
