Returns Policy

Product Return Information

Gardian Technologies Pty Ltd is committed to customer satisfaction and to abiding by consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. If you receive items that are damaged, defective or incomplete please contact us immediately. If we have made an error in your shipment we can arrange for the items to be picked up and returned to us. In the event of an error, we will do our best to remedy the situation quickly and fairly.

If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.

Replacement and Refunds
The  consumer guarantees do not apply if you change your mind, find it cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. 

We reserve the right to refuse items that have been opened, damaged or used.
The following items will not be accepted for return unless there is an error on our part.
•    Custom/Special Order Items
•    Software
•    Rapid Antigen Test Kits 

Items outside of the 14 day time period may not be returned.

Manufacturer Warranties
Many items are sold with a manufacturer warranty. If you experience a problem with an item outside the 14 day period please contact the manufacturer directly to handle any warranties. If you need help contacting the manufacturer call us at 1300 996 929 or e-mail
